Epherem, The Hunter Made of Paper

Epherem is a Member of the Demon Hunters Guild at the Journeyman Rank and is able to take on Level 3-1 Jobs for the Guild.

Biography

Epherem grew up in the Elven-Varian Empire in the millitary city of Hirson. His father, uncle, and grandfather were all members of the Varian Military and when Epherem was old enough he went to school to be a tactician and general, but dropped out due to poor grades. Epherem would then join the reserve millitary and serve in many millitary operations against the Dwarven Confediration in the Draken Isles.

After the Varian Empires millitary operations failed in the Draken Isles Epherem along with all other Varian Soldiers sent their were reassigned to protect the western border and began preparing the land for the building of The Wall of Gharristheil.

The Wall of Gharristheil would never be built however, because the Dragonborn Wizard, Orajeth Tolasar, also known as The Wizard HIM utilized The Karssus Incarnum to amplify his power and destroy all of the Elves living in The Varian Empire. The Wizard HIM would transmute the citizens of both the Dragonborn Nationstates that opposed him and the Elves of The Varian Empire into bricks and sand with which he used to build his new capital city Alecter.

Epherem like most of the citizens of the Varian Empire could not escape this and was transmuted into a brick. The Wizard HIM was able to transmute and kill 9/10ths of the Varian Empires Population of 1.3 Million people and killed and transmuted 432 Thousand Dragonborns turning the rest of the Dragonborn population into slaves, This event was called the 4 Hours War due to its fast nature.

Epherem was, in a sense, dead at this point. His soul, like all the others who were transmuted, was still bound to the object that they were turned into but as time went on their souls began to fade away. Luckly the wizard HIM was defeated a week after the 4 Hours War. A group of Wizards were able to save the souls of about 370 thousand eleven souls but needed to create new bodies for them to live in, A Wizard named Yvain was able to make Paper mache like bodies for the lost souls out of Sand. Epherem was one of these Elves who was given this new body

Epherem would take time to mourn the destruction if his people, his family, his homeland, and his previous life. Epherem worked with Chomp, Avril, and more aventurers to hunt down the remaining followers of the Wizard HIM, getting revenge. But as time went on Epherem would begin to work with the New Varian Empire and the Dragonborn nationstates to attempt to build lasting peace so that something like the 4 hours war would never happen again, but the New Varian Empire would decline to accept a formal peace tready with the Dragonborn Nationstates. This upset Epherem who began to see the Varian Empires past brutal occupation of the Dragonborn Nationstates as unconscionable. So Epherem would leave the Varian Empire and was suggested by Avril to join The Demon Hunters Guild.

Epherem is a very new member of The Demon Hunters guild but shows signifigant profeciency already

Epherem is not known to show his skin and often wears large clothes to conciel himself.
